I’ve been with this program for over two years and just had my second baby. The 5-10 minute postpartum workouts were the ONLY thing that kept me moving, building strength and healing after my first and the pregnancy program was a game changer for keeping up my strength throughout my second pregnancy, managing pain, and preparing for delivery. I recommend this program to any mom wanting to fit in effective workouts at any stage they’re at!
Love these workouts for busy moms! So easy to follow along and totally worth the membership. I love the 5 min workouts. Challenges make it easy to know which workout you’re doing next. I love the format of following the video and audio prompts. I like tracking streaks and challenges. Overall recommend! I tried other workout apps and they were not as user friendly and not as easy to follow along. Great customer service too!
I started using Chelsea Method when I was 2 months postpartum with the first diastasis recti series and it was so manageable because the workouts are only 5-10 minutes each. I also love the squads. I have formed real relationships with other REAL moms who are doing it alongside me and it’s so encouraging. I am 5 months pp now and have lost about 3 inches and can fit into some of my pre-pregnancy clothes (and this was baby #3)!
I absolutely love this app and the exercise program! I can find so many different kinds of exercises to fit my goals and energy levels and they all only take a few minutes. Doing a few minutes everyday has really made a difference for my life. And I love the element of squads and connecting with other moms. My squad cheers me on, helps me learn, and goes me a little boost during the day. 10/10 recommend to any woman wanting to work out everyday
I never had time for myself. I never had time to workout. I never had time to go to the gym, let alone leave the house. But I could carve out 5 minutes for myself at home. Five minutes was all I needed to start making healthier habits even as a busy mom on the run! So thankful for this program and community for helping me close my ab separation, build strength, and love myself again after having kids.
I love this app! I love the ease of having workouts pre-selected for me and that they rotate which areas of my body are worked so I don’t neglect any. The squad feature is so helpful and it’s encouraging to have other moms coming alongside you when you need some accountability to push you. Super motivating setup and I love that I can build my consistency while choosing how much time I am able to commit to working out each day.
