Color Splash & Batch Recolor
Only for Mac

Make one color pop and fade the rest to black and white — then batch every hue, compare before and after, and export at full resolution.
Keep one color vivid, turn everything else black and white — the classic color-splash look.
Paint, magic-wand, or auto-select the subject; ten tools nail clean edges, even flyaway hair.
Everything runs locally on your Mac. No account, no upload, ever.
Convert an image to grayscale, then paint color back into exactly the area that should stand out — or invert the mask to recolor the background instead.
• Ten selection tools — brush, magic wand, quick select, lasso, polygon lasso, rectangle, object select, and refine edge with feather, smooth, and expand/contract controls
• Smart Edge Detection auto-generates a foreground mask in one tap, ready to refine further
• Full HSL control — rotate hue a full 360°, adjust saturation and lightness live on a Metal-rendered preview
• Keep the background in its original color, or invert the mask to recolor the background while the subject stays unchanged
• Before/after comparison slider and an 8-angle hue variant strip make it easy to pick the right look
• Batch Hue Export renders all 8 hue variants in one pass; Batch Mask Apply applies your current mask and color settings to multiple images in one pass
• Drag-and-drop or picker-based import, 20-step undo/redo history, and a recent-images list keep the workflow moving
• Three-column workspace — collapsible tools panel, live canvas, and inspector panel — with full menu bar shortcuts for every action
• Export to PNG, JPEG, or TIFF at full source resolution
Built for photographers creating portrait color-splash looks, product photographers generating hue-shifted variants for e-commerce listings, and anyone batch-processing catalog images.
Everything runs locally on your Mac — no account, no cloud, no upload, ever.
