He has trained some of the most prestige athletes, models, and actors in the world! He knows what he is doing and the classes are build for every type of body! Charles has all of the answers and will help you transform your body to whatever your vision is for yourself!
I have been to Barry’s boot camp, core power, and Soul Cycle. Nothing compares to the young community Hiit House has! If you are in the local area of Thousand Oaks ! Check it out and also it’s super affordable! Student and Early Bird specials are going on!
Be prepared to have Charles yell at you with that British voice of his! Also the class is built on how hard you push yourself. If you push yourself like me… then you will be dead at the end! Cheers and have fun everyone! Hope to see you all there!
