I wasn’t sure about ordering from here after seeing some reviews. But I went ahead and ordered anyway. I ordered a dress that was a pre order. I knew it was a pre order because it explained it in the description. In the description they put all the expected arrival dates and when they planned on shipping the item. I received my dress just as they had claimed on the website without any problems. The only reason I can see why others have left bad reviews is because they didn’t read the descriptions. My daughter loves the dress and I have already ordered again from them!

I love the clothes, shoes and deals. However, I would rather pay triple for something than to wonder for weeks if I’ll get my order. I understand things happen, but if I’m getting several emails and texts and social media is popping with deals & advertisements then I feel at least 1 out of 3 of my messages could be responded to. I’ve emailed 3 times and reached out on social media. I love the merch, I really do. It’s so hard to find character clothes and well they have the cutest but I guess we will just go back to Jumping Beans at Kohls. I’m patient and kind, but I’m also not very wealthy so when I order something seasonal .. well I can only order once. Hope my little one gets to dress for the season, who knows?! Geez, and SHEIN really does ship faster. I don’t do lies and I don’t take kindly to being ignored while there’s no delay in taking my money. I guess I better reach out to Better Business Bureau.

We just received our first order, 2 absolutely ADORABLE Back to School Bluey outfits for our grandbaby - she’s (2 yrs) She was Soooo Excited she slept in her new dress last evening ☺️The outfits have a super soft feel & even more adorable in person plus shipping took less than a week … Looking forward to a lot more orders in our future - EVIE’s Bubba💙

I had ordered a backpack and lunchbox (the lunchbox was a preorder). I had requested to send the backpack separately after questioning them about my order, I had to pay an additional shipping cost for that but since it took me several days to respond (single working mom here) they cancelled my request at their own discretion. When I questioned them about what happened they made it out to be my fault (ok cool). And when I shammed them for assuming they then proceeded to cancel my order entirely WITHOUT consulting me that that is what I wanted to happen. I simply told them I would never order again from them but to continue with my order. It’s a shame they have cute clothing but such ugly communication and attitudes when a customer get frustrated. Oh well!!
