Forced to use this instead of Zelle, does not work
My main purpose for mobile banking if person to person money transfers, which you can not do using this app. Zelle did this, but now you don’t have that option because Zelle forces you back to this app.
Additionally, sign in and credential issues.
Application does a poor job of caching credentials. Frequently has issues connecting. Not a very good user interface.
The mobile app will not let you transfer to any external account via ACH. It also frequently deactivates Touch ID and forces re-entry of the primary account password, which defeats the whole purpose of having Touch ID.
