A useful guide to a great city!

I used the audio tour for my first visit to Phily and I’m so happy I did. It optimized the one day I had to do some historical sightseeing. The audio is interesting, historically accurate and entertaining with some patriotic and classical background music. Not to mention that this is a very affordable alternative to commercial tours offered throughout the city. The GPS navigation was a lifesaver not knowing where all the interesting and important sites were. Highly reccomended!

By adding the showbiz elements including talented narrators, music and sound effects, and taking a storytelling approach our goal was to immerse the user into the story of the struggle brave men and women took to create a new nation. Great walking tour

Thanks you for putting this tour together. It was very informative and kept us interested with all the added music and voice overs. We liked being able to tour at our own pace.

Doesn’t work

Bought this app while we were in Philly. Have no idea what it was supposed to do, as soon as you open the app, it closes. If you can get the app to stay open as soon as you press anything (Menu, Play, the Map, Volume up) it closes again.
I just reset the app and tried opening it again, several hours later, still closes right away.

I will be asking for a refund.

We apologize! As you see both negative reviews were within a few days of each other. A problem with our system occurred due to a system update. The problem has been fixed and the App is ready for use again. The SelfTour team is as upset as you are that this happened and for inconveniences that occurred.
