I just downloaded the app, they let me spend money and everything?, lose money and spend more. After winning sorta big, with their requirement of min $100 redemption, I finally did after spending twice as much. I verified my identity and when I was about to redeem it, it restricted the account for no reason. I am trying to get a hold of customer service as soon as possible and they are impossible to speak to a live agent. I couldn’t bypass that restricted message to look to see how else I can contact them but I am about to file a police report and have them trace this game to be shut down, if they don’t give me my money back.
