Glitch in system
First of all, you can only book through an app, which is kind of confusing. I ended up buying a room for a reasonable right and then was unable to ever get into it.
Can’t create an account
I put in my phone number to create an account and the app does some reload of the page but never lets me get any farther.
Payments
When you make a payment you get the page that’s agreement signed. You don’t know if your payment was made or not
