Thorough Electronic Beekeeping Records
The HiveTracks app is a great resource for beekeeping records. It it very flexible, and is useful for any size apiary and even multiple apiaries. The app provides guidance for inspections to ensure the beekeeper doesn’t forget any aspect of the inspection. This can reduce the number of times a hive needs to be inspected. It also gives recommendations for the next inspection and the date it will be needed, then sends reminders.
This app is greatly beneficial to beekeepers who are just beginning up to very experienced beekeepers.

Best feature, community of area beekeepers. What is blooming? Are other beekeepers inspecting? Should I be feeding?
Log your own activities for future reference and share with others in your region. Keep each hive separate and note number of supers and when they were added and many other notes. Detail observations on inspections, and so much more. Very valuable app for any beekeeper, beginner or seasoned veteran.

This app is so easy to use and easy to modify to suit anyone’s needs. I really like the “ToDos”. I can add a ToDo to any inspection at any time. I also like the Flora documentation area. I always think I’m going to document the flowers that are blooming, but then I would forget. Now it’s right there easy-peasey! And I can access it at any time.
