The Hizentra App helps conveniently manage your SCIg infusions and stay on track throughout your treatment journey!

Create reminders to get notified when it's time to infuse. Reminders can be integrated with your device’s calendar app or via notifications directly from the Hizentra App.

Record Infusions
The Hizentra App makes it easy for you to record infusions. Just scan the QR code with your device’s camera and record details such as infusion sites. The date and time will be automatically captured.

With the Hizentra App, every infusion you log becomes a digital record of your therapy history, which you can review and edit at any time. You can filter your records by date or search by lot number. The Hizentra App lets you share your infusion data via email.

With your consent, the Hizentra App will store your data in a secure cloud, backing up your infusion history and synching across your devices. If you currently have the MyHizentra Infusion Manager on your device, you can migrate your previously recorded infusions, so you don’t lose your data.

Important Safety Information

WARNING: Thrombosis (blood clots) can occur with immune globulin products, including Hizentra. Risk factors can include: advanced age, prolonged immobilization, a history of blood clotting or hyperviscosity (blood thickness), use of estrogens, installed vascular catheters, and cardiovascular risk factors. If you are at high risk of blood clots, your doctor will prescribe Hizentra at the minimum dose and infusion rate practicable and will monitor for signs of clotting events and hyperviscosity. Always drink sufficient fluids before infusing Hizentra.

I don’t care for this app.

I don’t care for this app. I don’t like that I have to punch in a password every week. It should use facial recognition! I also don’t care for having required information has to be entered such how long the infusion took. I just punch in same number of minutes because it’s required. The only improvement is it seems to scan the vial better than previous app which was a real pain. I know they did a update or two to this app as being easier to deal with if doing the infusion a couple hours earlier or later than usual. Hopefully they work at improving this app lord knows we pay enough for the product.

Bad Update

This app had a few issues with remembering the scanned vials, as well as occasionally erasing a session from the journal. Now, I can’t even log in to record my daughters infusion! Please fix quickly!!

Here I am a week later, and I still cannot get in to “create a new account” so that I can migrate over my old entries”. There isn’t any info on how to create that account and nowhere to go from the front page of the new app.

I now have two treatments that I haven’t been able to log in. This needs to be dealt with immediately.

Lost 14 months of journal entries

Been using the app since May 2019 when I first began infusing with Hizentra. Version 2.0 of the app initially would not allow me to create an account. After multiple tries I was finally able to create one. However when it asked me if I wanted to store my previous info in the cloud I accidentally pressed no, thinking I’d be able to go back and read the information underneath the dialogue. Instead the app simply moved forward and none of my journal entries were available nor was there any way to attempt to recover them. In general I liked using the old app and I will probably use the new app, however, losing all the previous data so easily is a pretty terrible piece of software.
