Use QR codes to share your COVID-19 vaccination information and save your vaccine record to the Health App.
The HMH Well app gives users the ability to manage their health needs.
Patients can get directions to the nearest facilities and view Urgent Care wait times.
We’re adding our Find A Doctor capability. Now you can find a doctor by name, location and specialty. You’ll be able to call them right from the app or find the directions to their office.
Through the MyChart feature, they can book an appointment, see their lab results, send a message to their physician, and renew a prescription.

Dumpster fire
This app is an absolute dumpster fire. Constantly crashes, information keeps getting deleted, when trying to complete forms it sends you to the website and signs you back out.
No point in downloading the app if it forces you to go to the website anyway
Cant uplod pic of insurnace card, then cant submit feedback
App complains photo from phone os too big, it should just scale it down for me.
Tried to submit feedback in app and the app just gives an error and wont let u submit anything.

I love this app. I have all my health information in one place and it helps me track test results, appointments and healthcare goals.
