HND 4+

I tried going to the support site but it’s in another language so I’m hoping this is ok. I have been able to connect the device via WiFi and got this to work once before. But now when I open the app and click start, I do not see a camera view. It is only a white screen with the normal options at the bottom. How do I get it to show the camera image? I would be happy to send a screenshot if you would like. Thanks for any help you can provide!

1. Turn on stick (hold power for a few seconds until blue light steadily flashes)
2. Open app & click start & it takes you to your settings control to allow local network (one time setting)
3. Go to phone settings to WiFi & search for HND********* & connect to it (the stick broadcast the picture on 2.4 GHz WiFi signal)

Note: This app doesn’t connect to your WiFi network. The stick broadcasts a WiFi signal that you connect to with your phone so the app can see what the stick sees.

I was at first going to believe the 1 star reviews but I went to see the 5 star reviews and found out the 1 star reviews were from people who either had poor Wifi or can’t follow directions. 😂.

I had to download the app then connect to the HND Wifi and then go back to the app to SEE what was happening. The camera works fine could see all the gunk in my ears. And because I have great cellphone service and Wifi there was NO glitching.

The app is great the device is great 5 star review from a mother and a wife in Los Angeles, CA! November 2023!
