So I wanted to try before I bought a complete month. But decided to go ahead and buy one month. From there, I opened the Zumba because that’s what I was interested in Not knowing what it was. I watched through a very intense workout. I am over 50 and not in the best shape. I went to Customer Service and asked about a refund. She offered me belly dancing and Bollywood something I have no idea. I then continued to ask for a refund. She told me she had no refund policy. Which in my opinion is not right. If you can’t offer a trial basis. It’s just not right.
