HODL App helps you fight back against distraction by blocking apps like TikTok, X, and Instagram.
When you try to open a blocked app, you’ll have to shout “HODL” out loud — or share HODL App with a friend to unlock it. No quiet quitting here — you earn your way back.
The louder the shout, the faster the unlock. Your voice is analyzed in real-time using Deepgram to detect power and even your emotional tone. No shortcuts.
The longer you resist, the more HODL Points you stack. Use them to climb the leaderboard and flex your willpower. Your progress is stored privately on your device — we don’t track you.
HODL App uses Apple’s Screen Time API for secure app blocking. No subscriptions. No fake meditation. Just friction, accountability, and one loud reason to stay focused.
