Terribleness
They have items for sale at discounts. But actually those items are not in stock. You order and then they cancel the order. It takes 14 days to get a refund. If you complain they say sorry to many sold so was out of our control sold out. But sadly busted. Go then back to the app and the item still listed for sale. This is so unprofessional and unnecessary. Why would a store want people to write bad reviews like I am doing now. The solution is simple if sold out remove immediately. Second do not cancel and make the customer wait 14 days to get the money back. Instead call them and offer a replacement item. Now that’s caring and good customer service. The way it is done now
is ridiculous and unfair to customers

Our inventory is dynamic, in rare situations, it is possible that multiple customers are shopping for popular products which are in low inventory. This may lead to a situation you experienced. When i try to open some categories they’re not open and a message said that ther is an error!!
