Very upset with recent update
extremely bad customer service , when u experience payment issue no one can help you so u can forget about getting a refunded back .... for me currently i cannot buy any furnitures online . I contacted all possible mean in social media and their listed number and email but no answer at all from any customer service. The discount are really good in online but you cannot enjoy it , if no effective customer service in place.
Very bad experience with online orders - stay away
I have purchased items online and 2 were delivered broken. Also purchased a mattress and returned it, but after pickup it got lost. When I asked for exchange of broken item, it takes forever to get refund or pickup. Every time I call, they tell me they are sending an email to someone to get this solved and nothing happens. It is all ghosting. A courier service showed up one time and realized the car was too small so he couldn’t take the item. I keep trying to reschedule the pickup and nothing is happening. So I have lost 2000 SAR from lost mattress and another 700 SAR from broken mirror that they don’t want to pick up.
Very bad service specially call Centre
I bought bed room 6 pieces and part of dress table missing and I’m about to get married and no one contact with me since last week
daily I’m calling them automatic respond that they are busy!!!! How come?
First time I deal with them and I got very bad experience
