Nice job HFB

I have always been very happy when I have used the mobile app.
I also want to give kudos to everyone at HFB, you all do an excellent job, especially in your customer service skills.
It is also important that I give a huge thank you to Susan Thompson. She always takes the time to handle my account politely and professionally.

FaceID works sometimes

FaceID works sometimes but most of the time I get a “bad request” error or it says the app has been updated and needs me to log in again. This can happen multiple times in a day, I don’t think the app is being updated that often.
