The app includes a chat option so the client can contact you directly and ask any questions prior to the inspection or home service. The monthly cost is $12.99 per month to advertise you company on the 1-800 Home Inspection app.. The pricing , negotiations , payments are between the client and service providers. 1-800 Home Inspection does NOT charge a service fee for the agreed upon price between the client and service provider.
