The following dLAN devices are NOT SUPPORTED unless you have one dLAN 550 WiFi or 1200 WiFi device in the network:

If your device is not supported, use the devolo Cockpit PC software.

Version 2.10.1

The new firmware updates screen allows you to easily update and manage the firmware on all your devolo devices from a single place.
The list of connected clients is now loaded in background, allowing you to use the app without waiting for all the clients to load.

Needs location for almost everything

This app wants to know your location even thought it doesn’t make sense to know that information. Only useful to get the IP of your devices and then connect directly to them with that IP.

Firmware update dumpster fire

The app immediately tells me that my devices ("magic lan" + two "magic wifi 2 next" home plugs) need a firmware update. Ok, no problem...

...except that the app updates only one of the two wifi devices (which are identical), the other one is now stuck on the old version. It does still work to some extent, but it can no longer be configured...

The firmware version that it needs (5.6.0) is also nowhere to be found on the internet, and there is no way to retry the auto-upgrade. Even a factory reset doesn't do the job; the app forever just insists that everything is up to date...

Gdpr incompliant and can’t find existing products

The explanation for having to share your location while using the app is useless. Even the app can’t find any of the different older prods like 550 and 1200. Please reinstate and support the Devolo cockpit again.
