• Subscription length: Monthly , Yearly

• Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account as soon as you confirm your purchase.

• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal from your Account Settings after the purchase.

• Your subscription will renew automatically, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• The cost of renewal will be charged to your account in the 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.

• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Easy to use and track

This has been a work(out)horse of an app! Still going for many years now despite hiccups along the way caused primarily by Apple updates. Thanks to the developer for keeping it going! The best comprehensive workout app I’ve found and not bothered by the constant and often mandatory connect-to-everyone-else-on-the-planet mania found in other apps.

Reliable

Everything’s included. No in app purchases. Create your own workout or follow a plan. Keep track of your nutrition and log workouts.

Timing out issue

This app works for your needs but after day 1 it stalls out, and you can’t even pay the $5 for it before the one week trial. So, are you suppose to do day 1 for 1 week before it allows you to move forward? App is a little behind the times of technology... disappointing :(
