I've been using this app for 6 months now. Love the app and would give it 5 stars or more. The last update made even more enhancement to Apple Watch integration. Wearing the Apple Watch series 2, I can ditch my phone and just wear watch to gym. When I launch the app and start a workout it syncs up, and it displays heart rate zones right on the interface. Can log sets perfectly, auto recognization works great. It is so nice to keep the phone in my pocket for the duration of the workout. The app is amazing and integrates nicely with the phone. This is probably the best workout tracking app I ever used.

I am having a great time using this app. It's easy to use and doesn't have unnecessary side functions that distract from logging your workout. Being able to customize your workout program, and it has a lot of exercises to choose from. The purple theme of the app are pretty much what sealed the deal for me. If any of the developers reads this please don't ever change the color theme 🤣.

I honestly swear by this app, during freshman year I gained a lot of weight and doing a plan of my choice really helped me lose the weight and get shredded! This app is very efficient and very personalized to whomever is using it. You can leave feedback for workouts which I think is amazing and the overall setup is very accessible. I’d recommend this to anyone! The food plan also really helped.
