Best workout app ever!
It's the best workout app for me so far! This app is very much effective and very good. I started it in this week and the results were shocking. I did the leg and abs workout and my leg which was before a lul leg became a little bit strong leg. My personal tip: always check with instructors, peers and/or instructions videos and make sure you know the techniques and keep focus on good movements and breath. There might be different approaches to the same exercise — just take note of the differences and what effect they have on your body. Back to the challenges they go thru diverse workouts with multiple different excercises for each muscle group along with a good amount of integrated stretching. Keep up the great work!. Really enjoyed it. Very easy to use and I feel a lot better and more fit already in one day. Good support service.
Amazing app you get free workout but even for premium it is really cheap compared to other apps it actually helped me go from skinny not lifting at all to a six pack and big upper body in about 2 months I recommend it if you are looking for a home workout with no equipment. I did use a bit of equipment to for help at the start of the two months
BEST WORK OUT APP SO FAR BUT NOT SYNCING
Best work out app so far. Only problem is that its not syncing my progress with my iPad Pro. I wanted to go on to the next level from where i stopped with my iPhone but it kept saying i cant progress to that stage, so i had to do the previous stage again. From a work out perspective, that’s more work lol, so still worked out for my fitness program indirectly. But i would love to have my progress synced.
