I’m so happy they finally came out with an app. I have been with homeaglow for over a year. I’ve seen reviews saying it’s a scam or they don’t get money but I can assure you it’s not a scam. And you get your money. Homeaglow has been amazing to me. The thing with homeaglow is you have to be attentive to your clients and smart with your time. It takes a little to get used to the format but I’ve gotten wonderful clients through them and have made good money! One thing I do wish is that they had a customer support number you could call. But they do have an email through the website. I’ve referred two people already. I love homeaglow and highly recommended

Recap 2nd review

This is a recap about this company, from my first review it hasn’t gotten any better. They still want me to lower my wages despite the far drives, gas, wear and tear on my vehicle and supplying my own products! They cancel all my clients due to my wages(which is 25-30 hourly). The company gas lied to clients that specifically request me knowing I’ve wrote them about scheduling my clients due to them canceling them! For instance I spoke with my client and she said that Homeaglow first told her I was coming even though they canceled me on the schedule and then days later said I wasn’t available! This is insane this is a horrible company! I specifically wrote them telling them that they are canceling my clients that are requesting me then they lie and tell her I can’t come when I told her I can! I’ve been trying to set it up in the app but they won’t allow me. She said Cynthia told her I canceled which I never talked to Cynthia and don’t even know who that is! This makes the company look bad and if you loose a client it’s due to their inconsistency, non- communicative, unorganized, lying ways!! I ask for someone to call me and they tell me they can’t call me, but they call me all the time to confirm an appointment!! You gotta be kidding me! This is NOT a real job and it won’t last long! My best advice is to get personal with clients and cut out Homeaglow being the middle man cause this company is bad for business

Furthermore, as an independent contractor, you can definitely set your own pay, and you don't need to change it. The suggested rate shown on the site/app is only there to let you know what the usual rate of cleaning professionals is in your area.
You also get to keep 100% of your clients' tips. Could you please clarify what you mean by "us taking the $5-7 worth of tips"? Email us at support@homeaglow.com. We'd be more than happy to help!

This is a joke

Don’t trust this company because this business has got to be a joke. I signed on 3 weeks ago and have yet to get a cleaning job. If I don’t respond in seconds of the post I get kicked to the curb. When I have responded 5 minutes later the job was no longer available. It makes no sense! Why not give the top cleaners a chance to respond? Even just 10 minutes would be helpful! Also when I first signed up I received texts no problem, as soon as I installed the app the texts didn’t come through and I also didn’t get notifications on my phone even though every thing was turned on. I reached out to their customer support and they said I was set up to receive texts. Still no texts. I was told to check in the app or webpage often for jobs which is fine if I don’t have a life outside of that. Who can sit on the webpage all day and wait for work to pop in? I’m beginning to believe this is just a joke and there is no work. Also I was picked for one job however it was canceled two hours later. I have sent an email to customer support because I no longer want them to have my information.
