Help is useless if you can’t read that language

Although the app store says this is in english it is in japanese. While i can read some of it i can’t figure out how to change it to english, and if the support is also in japanese im just lost.

Regarding the language display in the app store,
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We have confirmed that the language of the homehub app is Japanese, but the language of the app store is "English".

The display is different,
We will ask our development department to fix the issue.
