The HomeKit app the watch was missing
I’ve tried a lot of different watch apps for quick HomeKit actions, but most of them have a long list you have to scroll through to find your actions. Not anymore! HomeRun lets me arrange a grid of icons to quickly turn on/off scenes at will. It’s responsive and gets the job done perfectly.
The new daily routines complication only extends its usefulness further by letting me quickly access the scenes I need most, when I need them, right from my watch face. Apple could take a few notes from this app!
Innovative Apple Watch HomeKit app!
This app is a top notch Apple Watch app that lets you program one touch actions to trigger HomeKit scenes from the Watch app itself or from complications.
The new time based complications feature is great and sets this app apart from all other watch apps I’ve seen. You can set it to automatically change the look and functionality of the complications on the watch face at specific times throughout the day. Super useful!
If you’re into HomeKit at all, just buy this app now as it is well worth it for its modest price.
Love the scheduling of complications!
I like that this changes not only the functionality of the complications per a schedule but also will update the icon to be different as well. Developer was also very quick to respond to a suggestion of mine which was greatly appreciated, especially since he didn’t need to. Hopefully Apple opens up the ability to check HomeKit statuses and increase the refresh rate capabilities of complications in the future, then I’d try and add a 6th star.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
