Bug Fixes & Enhancements
What’s New: Property listings now display the number of garage stalls in the "Garage Space" section.

Ratings and Reviews
Helpful, could be improved
It would be very helpful to have more search criteria (I.e., search for properties that have a garage with one space, or 0.5 baths, or search by heating type, etc). This is an excellent tool that allows you to view properties that are posted that same day and are updated quickly by realtors.
Screen is too cluttered
I do not like that I can’t see photos in a grid format allowing me to pick and choose which pictures I look at. One property had 113 photos, which was very annoying to scroll through one by one. I wish it was still possible to zoom in on photos.
I really dislike the new map. The houses load slowly requiring multiple touches to load and open.
The screen is too cluttered: address bar/Filter at the bottom, save search map and list at the top, locator/heart/layers/draw on the left, it limits visibility to the map. The features are nice to use but do not need to be on the screen at all times. Build these features into a popup box or drop down menu. I’ve been a long time user of the Edina Realty app. This new update is making me look for a new source.
Lost functionality
I just updated from the last version and am immediately disappointed with the design changes and loss in functionality.
On the summary panel you've eliminated one of my favorite features - the estimated commute time display - I know the function is still available, but without the display on the summary panel it is no where near as effective.
The new layout also prevents me from seeing as much information quickly. Being forced to flip between tabs to try to find all of the information that used to be available all in one panel is frustrating and dysfunctional. Making it work more like your website was not a good choice - it should have been the other way around - your App used to have much better functionality than your site, but no longer ...
And additionally, the layout doesn't scale properly to an iPad mini, so all of the type is cut off on the right side.
The last version had some challenges in loading photos, but I'd rather have that issue and the better design function than this new layout.
I will no longer be recommending this app to others searching for homes as I used to.
