Poor customer service and bad scheduling.

It took me over 5 hours to connect with a DR on teletherapy. When I finally did I was scheduled for a 3:30 COVID screening. I arrive at 3:30 to find they are closed early.I later get a call from their Ohio location asking where I’m at... I live in Michigan...... they scheduled me incorrectly.

I get on the app again and they reschedule me for the next day at 8am. The location they scheduled me at doesn’t open until 9 so I’ve been sitting here for an hour wondering what is going on.

Train your people to get their locations correct! I’m sick and I just want to get tested and the longer it takes the longer I won’t have answers and I’m potentially out of works very very frustrating.

Set a appointment, was too soon, couldn’t reschedule from the office and had to download the app, it doesn’t recognize my username 😤

Easy To Use

Very simple and quick process.

My entirely family uses the app and TeleHealth service. We have one account for our entire family which make it easy to manage.
