Homies App 17+

I just discovered this app and how useful it is to manage my home. I won’t have to keep a drawer full of manuals now that I can access all the appliances, maintenance, and repairs information in one spot. I also realized that I could add categories for other things around my home like the maintenance on the motorcycles and cars. I can even set an oil change reminder for things I don’t use as often as my cars. For the intake fan on the AC- I’ll never wonder what size filter I need or when the warranty expires on my fridge. The pool requires new filters and I never remember which ones to order, this app organizes all those things that makes my house a home! Thanks, Homies app!! Life made easier!! A total win!

I love using this app to keep all my home info organized. I am a first time homebuyer of a new build so it was very overwhelming keeping all of the warranties and maintenance timelines organized and Homies was super beneficial in helping me ensure my home was kept up and things were organized properly. I also love the reminder feature - I’ve added HOA and house bills to that as well. 🙌🏻

If you’re one to make lists to help you with LIFE, but are weary that it is a whole other task on its own, then this app is the help you need. It’s like an assistant that helps your organize your thoughts on what needs to be done, schedules it in your busy schedule, and then reminds you (or your other half or family).
