I would like to see a radio button by each transaction so that when you reconcile receipts to what actually appears on the app, they can be checked off. We confirm all of our receipts to the app, but it’s hard to tell what we haven’t confirmed. This would go a long way towards catching fraudulent charges right away..I would also like to see some on the app where can lock the account. Currently when suspicious charges are seen or if your card gets lost or stolen on the weekends or in the evenings, we have no recourse other than to shift all of our funds to a savings account and follow up with a person at the credit union later.

Convenient, but still a bank

I love that I can deposit checks anytime I want and they show up immediately. The access to that money then seems to be immediate also. This is a great convenience. Unfortunately the mobile site is still closed over the weekend. transactions neither go out or come in. This trivial inconvenience, partially the responsibility of the other party probably, does not take away from the great conveniences of knowing exactly what your money is doing at all times. Thank you Honda federal credit union.

Balance???

I agree with one other reviewer. For credit, the balance should not be what more is available to borrow. The balance is what is still owed. At the top it shows next payment due date but doesn’t show how much the payment is or what the real balance is. Using your logic, my vehicle loan balance should show $0! I can get used to the new format but the balance on credit needs to be fixed.One additional point: I share accounts with my children where I can use the app to transfer money to their accounts. The old app showed the nicknames on the accounts. The new app only shows the account numbers which is a pain since i can’t tell them apart without looking them up. It’s only a matter of time until I transfer money to the wrong account.

The point of a credit union is to ensure a sense of “family.” When referring to my money this credit union and app does no such thing. Do better. The point is to make us feel included and part of the “family” when have we lost this!?
