Through the HonySmart app, you can easily unlock the following advanced features:
[Map Save](Only applicable to some devices) Turn on the map save mode, and after operating according to regulations, advanced functions such as room zoning, merging and segmentation can be achieved, while improving cleaning efficiency.
[Virtual Walls and Restricted Areas] Set up virtual walls and restricted areas, ready to use and set, so that the robot will not cross the virtual wall or enter the restricted area during cleaning.
[Timing Cleaning] If you make an appointment a scheduled cleaning task, and the robot will start the cleaning task at the designated time. After completion, it will automatically return to the charging station.
[Selected Area Cleaning] (Only applicable to some devices) You can choose to specify a room for cleaning. After selection, only the selected room will be cleaned, and you can clean wherever you want.
[Spot Cleaning] Click on the location to be cleaned on the map, and after clicking Start, the robot will automatically plan the path to the target point and perform local cleaning.
[Resume Cleaning] When the battery level is below 20%, the robot automatically plans the shortest path to return to the charging station for charging: after fully charging, return to the unfinished area and continue cleaning.

Time saver!

I had my robot for few months now and it has been so easy to use! Especially when I am at work! When I get home my place is nice and clean! I have two cat and with all the fur etc. it’s hard to maintain the clean floor I wanted. But with the robot it is sooo dam easy that even my parents can’t tell I have two cats! I love it! Thank you! It is so much better than rumba. Just fyi!

I. NEED. HELP.

I have had no luck trying to contact anyone for assistance. Everything seems to send me to “contact seller”. The machine works fine, it’s the software that has gone crazy.

Installed in early August, it mapped the house and we set up zones. The APP is ok but could really use a manual for us old “technology handicapped” people (and blocked a zone to keep it out of the den). the unit worked fine and we set it scheduled overnight to sweep non Bedroom areas.

Then one morning we woke up and discovered the mapping on the APP had gone crazy. It’s wonky twisted, like a second map was made and twisted to 20 degrees to the left (have screen caps to show). Now the zones are all mixed up and us and the machine are confused.

Tried to directly contact APP but keep getting the Contact Seller. I would like help fixing this _________ problem. Somebody please. 😡

UNTIL this problem is Corrected, I DO. NOT. RECOMMEND this app. I am seriously frustrated and quickly becoming irate.

Life Saver

Great thing to have if you have both animals and tile floors! I was having to sweep basically every two days to keep up with the fur collecting in corners. Now I just go to my app turn on the vacuum and let it do it’s thing while I tend to something else. It can sound like a jet taking off when it empties buttttt I just don’t run it in the middle of the night and can handle it. 10/10 recommend
