My new go-to fitness app
I’ve tried a half-dozen fitness and workout apps and this is the one I’ll be using from now on. Simple, straightforward, plenty of options but not so many that you have to overthink a workout. Clear videos to explain every movement. One thing about the app is misleading: it lists workouts of 30, 45, and 60 minutes, but if you go to “Calorie Crusher” you find a really good 12-minute workout, so you can fit one in even if you’re jammed for time.
