Hook Up: The Game 17+

really enjoying this game and the story line so far, but characters are glitching out and i’m not able to message them any further and their profiles are presenting as a different character. this wouldn’t be so much of an issue if it wasn’t happening to a driving character like george (but i’m having the issue with faiq as well). i hope i can come back later and rate it higher :)

It wasn’t good. I barely played the game for 10 minutes before the credit page came and it started at the beginning again. I don’t know if they are still working on the game to add more but in all it was boring and short. Most of the side characters and even the ‘love interest’ had concerning behavior towards the main character and none of them seemed well thought out, i get maybe an ex partner type character acting that way towards the main character, but most of the side characters acting that way? It was just a really short game and the plot didn’t seem well thought out. I didn’t enjoy it at all and a lot of the features the created mentioned on her TikTok were not like she described at all. I was just really disappointed in this game especially when it was marketed the way it was. I thought it was going to be a lot longer and more to interact with. I think it has potential but for now I think more work should have been put into making it better.

my mother always told me to read the reviews on things but since i saw the game on tiktok, i decided to give it a try, which i now realize was a very big mistake. i give a lot of credit to the creator of the game, because it’s a solid IDEA, but the game, put together, isn’t working. it’s glitchy & i haven’t even been able to finish the game because of the bugs. it was worth my two dollars in american cash, and i wouldn’t try the game again. if you’re reading this, please consider the reviews on this game before buying.
