Love this app. Does everything I want it to do well. It probably has some bugs but none I have found yet! Definitely recommend for anyone involved in the Jefferson county library system.

Since March when Covid shut the library doors, this app will not open regularly. It used to be I’d have to try several times and it finally would. Now it doesn’t even open after several tries. I’ve reset my phone and still nothing.

Please fix it to where it doesn’t keep logging me out of my account every time I close it. It never used to do that. Now I have to keep entering in my library card number every time I open the app. It’s frustrating!
