Prices are in U.S. dollars. The following are terms of service if you subscribe a plan.
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
- You can manage your subscription and turn off the auto-renewal of your subscription through the App Store on your Apple device or through the iTunes store on your computer. Once you turn off auto-renewal, your subscription will expire at the end of the current subscription period.
- You cannot cancel the current subscription during the active subscription period

I recently downloaded the Hope app, and I must say it’s a game-changer for connecting with others who understand the challenges of having an STD. The interface is user-friendly, and I appreciate the supportive cọmmunity. It’s refreshing to find a safe space to share experiences and perhaps even find love. Highly recọmmend it!

User ID issues, ultimately just little success

Ultimately just a very confusing experience. I have been prompted to make two profiles now, using different (Apple and Google) IDs… now I get notifications from the app for both accounts, and was recently prompted to pay to see all of my new matches and messages. Once I paid to upgrade, I realized all of the matches and messages were not for the account I have been using. Easy enough to blame that confusion on me, but there is no way to merge accounts, and I think it is disingenuous of the company that even after I am logged out of the app and one account I still receive notifications for that account - especially when you have to pay. So I have paid to upgrade the account that I was barely using, and that truthfully there were a few matches with to start. I presume some people have had luck using this, for me. It has been lots of notifications literally for nothing, preying on peoples’ HOPE in order to get them to pay for upgrades.
An excellent concept, needs more testing

When you go to discover and tap the names or pictures of some of the people, it just says “null,null,null”. So I think this probably needs more testing.Perhaps a simpler approach would help facilitate better usage.Also, unfortunately the chat is kinda glitchy and laggy.But I am also a developer and so I understand. Building apps is definitely hard work, but overall, it’s an incredible idea. :))Keep going! Fix the chats and the “null,null,null” thing and you should be good! It’s fun talking to people who understand your pain. 🥰It just needs a bit more testing and maybe a more simplistic approach that will make the app easier for you to update and maintain on the backend.
