HopSkipDrive CareDriver ٤+

It’s a good company to work for for part-time, my bet . otherwise to work for full-time I believe it will be pretty much impossible some of the trips, long trips. I’ll be more happy to see more decent pay since the gas is very expensive and everything else for maintaining personal vehicle I understand everybody have to pay their own things insurance is already skyrocketing which some trips are really not worth it but overall it’s a good idea. Whoever got this idea to do help school children help that’s a good idea I’m a parent myself and I understand how important safety for the children and everything else, hopefully people get benefited but it’s only good for part time but then again prefer a little more better pay a list to get survival range thank you. The people who got this business idea it will help some people it’s kind of reliable I believe so as a new driver, myself, but then again one’s we minus the expenses and gas it’s not much left that’s all I can say but overall it’s a good business to work for!!!!

When I first found out about this gig, I was mind blown!! I never would have even thought of it myself (especially considering the world we live in). But HopSkipDrive does so background checks and has a beyond great system going that is fair to ever child and CareDriver. The kids are so sweet and respectful, the app uses my favorite way to get around Google Maps, and lets you know important things! Everything you need is all in the app!! I was nervous before my 1st ride, but once you keep doing it and get the hang of it, it helps. They have filters for you to adjust things that benefit you like distance and times. I love who created this app and very convenient way to transport kids and teens. From my experience, it really does help their families and makes you dependable. Love the app and kids and would not stop doing this.

The list is long when it comes to issues and bug in this app.

If you just claim only one ride for the afternoon or morning, say goodbye to all the other options that you could have added on to that because they block out the rest of that day (even if there is no time conflicts) I get that there’s a cart to plan out our schedule but if I find I have more availability come closer to that day in advance I should be able to add more rides. Other issues is if you drop kids off too late even by 5 mins the app freaks out and doesn’t let you complete the ride until you force close the app several times or try calling support. The filter options are inconsistent and unreliable, you select best commute and it will randomly change the day and not even rearrange it appropriately. Also rides disappear and reappear all the time just refreshing a few times you get something different where sometimes is says there’s no rides available then another refresh and you got a whole list. Way more issues than this but those are the main, unfortunately almost too much to where I may not continue working with them.
