I have to keep enabling Face ID and the quick balance features. There’s a glitch that happens in the app that causes these to become disabled the day after they’re enabled. Otherwise, it does what I need it to do

It is not too often that I review an app, but over the course of my membership these last few months, I have been incredibly impressed. I have found other financial institution’s apps to be pretty clunky; whereas, the Horizon app has proven time and again to be clean, polished, and user-friendly. It is remarkable how much flexibility and access that one has when using this app -- a few examples being: setting up alerts customized to your needs, setting up transfers in seconds, inputting travel notifications, ordering checks, locking your card when needed, and much more. Bravo, Horizon!

The new app is terrible and it’s hard for the user to understand. It’ll say I have one amount, then the next day it’ll say something different. Like, it doesn’t take into account pending transactions. Idk how to explain it, but they need to bring the old app back! It was wayyy better and easier

This app is well crafted! I embrace the new ways of Horizon! The convenience of this platform is amazing! Thank you fine people of Horizon! Great job with the app!
