My officials association just switched to WebRef for our scheduling. As I was setting it up, I spotted the link for this app. Our previous scheduling site just had a mobile web version that was a little flaky, so I was glad to see an actual app for WebRef. It's set up like facebook, with a long menu hidden on the left side. Just hit the menu icon in the top left corner, and you can access everything. Obviously, we just started using WebRef, so I don't know how well it functions with real schedules and alerts, yet. My only complaint is that the availability tool only shows you one day at a time, so you have to go through and manually mark yourself available every single day. . . . The web site lets you set a repeating pattern for weeks or months, so I'd recommend setting your availability on there and only using the app to make changes if something comes up.

As a scheduler, I am sometimes unable to use this app on an iPad to assign officials to games. Mainly I have issues with being able to send out TBA Requests for games on an iPad. There is an issue preventing the drop box from populating correctly when I try to send a TBA Request. It works correctly on the iPhone, but I would like to be able to use the larger screen size of an iPad when I do not have access or am away from my PC.

I’m not happy with the new version. The interface is not very friendly to use on an iPhone. I had very few issues with the last version, but with this update, it is very difficult to utilize the availability calendar function.Not only that, but the colors, and not very user-friendly. The last version was far better, functionally, and visually. I hope they decide to rework this in the very near future.

I am not getting text messages from horizon and I spoke to T-Mobile for 3 hours one night trying to get the fix the problem because of the horizon website saying to do that. After that time they said they aren’t receiving anything from horizon so there won’t be any texts. I have reached out to other umpires with different carriers and they have the same problem.

I open the app to accept my assignment and all it does is take me to the log in screen and after I hit it, it keeps coming up again and again and again. Nothing loads into the app and after waiting on the white screen it goes back to the log in screen. Please fix this asap.

As everyone else has been saying, iOS 13 has broke the app for now, please release the hot fix ASAP, the app has been 5 stars and great until now, not fair to be receiving bad votes because of this
