Hornet’s Feed section, until recently, has been a way to get a glimpse of this especially in Asia, Russia, and South America. That part is wonderful. The last 3 months or so I get 3 or 4 stings a day from OBVIOUS fakes generated by Hornet. I guess they think we are stupid. Over 3500 follows on a profile that was created today? Posting in my feed about this results in the post disappearing. Replying to this profile with the question results in the message disappearing... Image search on google usually finds the profile pictures belong to someone on Instagram or similar.. Hornet has gone bad and the way they are doing it is SO OBVIOUS that I question why. What do they stand to gain, unless the app itself is malicious? I’m sad because browsing the Feed section has become my morning cup of tea activity, but I am seeing a sharp drop in activity there so by by hornet.

We're back with another update. The team spent a week arguing about capsule shapes and called it "design iteration." Here's what came out of it.
- Filters on the grid got a fresh capsule look — rounder, friendlier, and easier to tap. We are unreasonably proud of the corner radius.
- Coming back to the app no longer occasionally greets you with a login screen you'd already conquered. You stay signed in, as nature intended.
- Uploading a photo while editing your profile now refreshes your gallery properly, instead of shuffling things around like a magician with commitment issues.
- The Live Services menu is now called "My Services." Same services, fewer naming-committee meetings.
- Live indicators now keep themselves accurate, so what you see is what's actually happening.

- Replying in chat is now as easy as swiping a message. Your thumbs asked; eventually we listened.
- Double-tap a Moment to like it. A tiny gesture that somehow required several very serious meetings.
- The Photos Only filter makes it easier to focus your search. We tidied the shelves; you choose where to look.
- Reporting and blocking have a clearer, smoother flow, because safety tools should never feel like a puzzle.
- The feed can now surface live broadcasts in a smoother carousel. Finding something happening right now no longer requires detective work.
- Conversations now handle loading and retry states more gracefully, while keeping messages you already loaded right where they belong.
- Duplicate live streams no longer crash the feed. Seeing double should be a choice, not a technical incident.
- Links to Live experiences now open more reliably from around the app. Fewer detours, more getting where you meant to go.
- We fixed repeated Buzz animations. One Buzz is plenty; the app has learned some restraint.
- We also tidied up a collection of small bugs and performance issues that were quietly testing everyone's patience.

- Replies in chat were showing "You" instead of the actual sender's name, turning a few conversations into a confusing diary entry. Now everyone gets credit for their own words.
- Read receipts now stay consistent as you scroll back through older messages, instead of quietly disagreeing with each other.
- The keyboard no longer leaves an awkward empty gap behind when you swipe back out of a screen. Tiny detail. Bothered us enormously.
- The grid used to freeze if you opened the filters one too many times. It has been kindly reminded that freezing is not part of its job description.
- Dark mode button highlights look right again, instead of that mystery color nobody requested.

- Error messages when the network has a moment are now actually helpful instead of cryptically vague. "Something went wrong" wasn't winning any awards.
- Profile views now show a proper error state instead of just staring back at you blankly.
- When someone grants you access to their private gallery, the "View" button actually shows up again. Tapping empty space was a bold choice we've decided to retire.
- Height and weight now round to whole units no matter where you are in the world. The mysterious decimals have been evicted.
- Fixed a crash that could strike when logging out and back in. The app used to panic; now it keeps its composure.

- Posting a Moment now keeps the boost toggle locked until you've actually selected an image. A tiny fix that prevents a deeply confusing moment.

- Fixed an audio session bug that would reset mid-call. Your video chats should now stay smooth from hello to goodbye, no mysterious silences included.

- We've improved our identity verification process. It's smoother, faster, and nobody on the team cried while building it. (We can neither confirm nor deny this.)
- Long feed posts now collapse behind a "...more" button. Your manifesto is still there. We just tidied up the living room a bit.
- Moment comments got a whole new look - a beautiful sheet with all the activity details. We showed it to the team and someone said "finally." We're choosing not to unpack that.
- Filters for looking for, relationship, and language now have a "Not Specified" option. For the beautifully undecided among us.
- Chats load noticeably faster. We'd explain the technical details but honestly it would put both of us to sleep.
- We updated the sign-up experience when you skip adding a photo. It's gentler now. Still judging, but gentler.
- Account switching is now seamless - no more visual glitches during the transition. That was a fun bug report to read.
- Fixed a crash when swiping through profiles. We found it, we fixed it, we added a test so it doesn't come back. (It'll probably come back.)

We're back with another update. The team spent a week arguing about capsule shapes and called it "design iteration." Here's what came out of it.
- Filters on the grid got a fresh capsule look — rounder, friendlier, and easier to tap. We are unreasonably proud of the corner radius.
- Coming back to the app no longer occasionally greets you with a login screen you'd already conquered. You stay signed in, as nature intended.
- Uploading a photo while editing your profile now refreshes your gallery properly, instead of shuffling things around like a magician with commitment issues.
- The Live Services menu is now called "My Services." Same services, fewer naming-committee meetings.
- Live indicators now keep themselves accurate, so what you see is what's actually happening.
We've also fixed bugs and improved overall performance of the app. We'll keep updating Hornet to make connecting with the community faster and more reliable.
