• Group your herd by tag: on Horses, open Filter by Tag and choose Group by Tag. Put the tags in your order with Manage Tags. • Record a Cover lets you pick the stallion: your own stallions of breeding age first, then client stallions, then an outside stallion. • Log one medical record for several horses from Add → Medical Record, like spring shots for the whole barn. • Medical types are in the order farms use them. Provider suggests your vets and farriers, and vaccines and dewormers show a Next due date a year from the record. • A vet's or farrier's card shows the horses they look after. • After you add a horse, HorseBook opens her page. Each horse's page has a Documents shortcut. • The herd report PDF prints your farm's name and where each horse is kept. • New to HorseBook? "Create an account" now sits right under Sign In.

• Fixed: scrolling down a breeding deal that has a fee schedule could freeze the app. It scrolls normally now. • Open PDFs and photos in HorseBook from Files, Mail or any app's Share menu, and file a document without scanning it. • The scanner reads PDFs and images you pick from Files, not just the camera. • HorseBook opens on Today. • A mare's breeding history is now one Seasons timeline, with each season's cover, checks and foal together. • Each breeding deal has one Contracts card, with signed copies next to the contracts you generate. • A deal tells you when its fee and its fee schedule don't match, and Breed-back says what it creates. • A deal's Client is the mare owner, and a deposit recorded on the fee schedule shows as paid everywhere. Covers of your own mares are counted too. • A Coggins scan links its record to the paper, so you get one expiry reminder instead of two. • Expenses filter by horse and date, and the herd report breaks costs out by horse. • Registration papers on file show on the horse, even before you add the registry number. • The same words everywhere: Record a Cover, Pregnancy Check, Foaling or Heat Cycle, and "reminder" throughout. New reminders default to a notice that morning.

• Missed pregnancy checks now show on the Broodmare Board, Today and each mare's page, from the day they're missed. • A mare's page shows where she stands: in foal to whom, what day, and her foaling window. • Recording a foaling far outside her window asks you to confirm first. • Pregnancy-check reminders you create yourself can now record the result. • Mark paid opens a short sheet for the date, payment method and check number, and records what's still owed. • Deleting a horse or location tells you exactly what goes with it and offers Archive or moving horses first. • Cancelled bookings keep showing the shipping and care you're still owed.

Her page reads "by X out of Y" and lists her offspring. • Shot series: when a check comes back positive, set up her reminders once and HorseBook dates each one from her own cover. Broodmare Board and import-ready breeding records. • New Broodmare Board: every mare's pregnancy status across the herd in one place, from the Farm tab or a mare's page. • Breeding and progeny records no longer require a breeding method or a foal's lifetime sex. Imported or partial records load and show a dash instead of failing. • Young progeny show as Filly or Colt with their foal year until their lifetime status is set. • Clearing a field on an edit form now actually clears it. • Cleaner headers and filters on horse subpages.

Breeding fixes and account safety. • Foaling dates now follow the right breeding. After a negative pregnancy check and a re-breed, the due window is calculated from the new cover, not the first one. • Deleting a cover re-evaluates whether the mare is confirmed in foal, and the pregnancy check result is always an explicit choice. • Saving a client's horse on the Breeder plan works again. • Magic-link sign-in now tells you when there's no account for that email instead of quietly creating a new one. • Trial summary numbers never carry over between accounts on a shared device.

• Adding your first horse now leads straight into logging its first record, however you add it. • Quick Entry asks before discarding a note you haven't saved, and explains any horse it couldn't match right under that horse. • Fee schedules and booking details show money the same way everywhere, with a share-invoice button beside the parts. • Deleting a part of a fee schedule removes its payments in one step, and the screen always shows what the server holds. • A blank season contract setting no longer erases a stallion's registration number on the printed agreement. • Scanning several papers at once no longer creates the same horse twice. • Fixes to the trial countdown, the onboarding steps, and paywall layout.

Your records are yours, for keeps: when a trial or subscription ends, everything you've recorded now stays readable — and you can still view reports and export your data anytime. Quick Entry — type a note the way you'd say it ("gave Sis 10cc Banamine this morning", "trimmed all four, reset fronts") and HorseBook turns it into the right record.
