A few months ago, I bought an eld from this company. Very pleased with everything. So far I have not found any problems. The app is easy to use, it connects to the device instantly. As for the support, the guys are professionals in their field. Answer calls immediatly, friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend Hos247.

The app store shows the HOS with the current duty status above the list of available hours, however once the app is downloaded the two are side by side. Because of this there is less room and it makes it harder to see. I called support and they said there is no way to correct this. Why? Why would a company show what the screen is going to look like in the App Store but then when it’s presented to the end user it is different? Keep in mind that a 50 something person wearing glasses with bifocals should not have to squint to see a screen to view hours while going down the Highway then hear that there is no way to “fix it”. Really? It’s called technology, it can be programmed better. Will be searching for another ELD provider before my 1st month is up.

Lily was amazing and very helpful on a situation that no one else could fix. I recommend HOS 24/7 to make her a trainer / Supervisor. Next time I call her anything, I will make sure I ask for her. I recommend anyone that calls for any issues to ask for her.

Every time I have called with questions, the representatives are patient and understanding and fully knowledgeable of their system.They also have a bilingual staff available, which is excellent!
