Update revised, the app has been updated to resolve the assessment submission. This is exactly what I need to help with monitoring my senior dachshund. Thank you so much for the immediate fix and for creating this app!Thank you for creating this app, it fills a much needed space for end of life quality monitoring. There is one area in the app that I am having a hard time with is submitting an assessment. I am able to answer all of the questions but the app will not allow me to submit the assessment. I’ll continue to use the website for that at this time.

Although I never wanted to have to download an app like this, it’s really helped me begin tracking my senior cat’s behavior and life quality. The sign up process is extremely easy, I haven’t had to pay anything, and the assessment was in depth. The amount of stress relief I feel knowing I can look at a snapshot of notes for my cat’s behavior and quality of life is invaluable; I want to do right by him and this app helps me do that.

The app was so helpful in tracking our 14 year old boxer mix. No major health problems but helped us clearly evaluate her quality of life as she aged and systems started to fail. She had a good death before suffering became overwhelming as we chose a time on our terms. Tysvm!
