Overall it’s an entertaining game. But the controls are a bit off. It’s difficult to accurately move patients around, and a lot of the time the game doesn’t recognize when I’ve tapped a patient for treatment; this will lead you to failing levels sooner or not being able to earn as much as patient’s pay less the longer it takes for you to treat them. There aren’t a ton of levels, and you will absolutely never earn enough gems to even come close to upgrading everything. I finished the game and was only able to max out 2/5 doctors and none of the nearly 20 pieces of equipment. It didn’t help that for about 20% of the stages, I wasn’t awarded the gems for maxing out the levels. Again, it’s entertaining, but definitely don’t put money into it as it’s buggy and you will finish all the stages fairly quickly.

I love this game it’s fun and has a bit of challenge to it but I feel like I don’t earn enough gems to buy anything and then gems are expensive and don’t come in any package deal. There’s only a few levels or so and even getting the gems from those aren’t enough cause the helper robot is like 300 and the extra bed and machines are around 20 that’s a lot when earning them is hard.

I love this game because it’s almost exactly like the first game Hospital story pixels which I’m pretty sure inspired this game. The other game is no longer on the App Store but I remember playing it while I was younger. The reason for the 4 stars is because the first game was better, gameplay wise, better characters, better animations. This one seems simpler than the counter part. But I’m not gonna complain too much just because I like playing it

I love this game so much, one note is that it’s pretty hard to get gems, I’m at level 21 and have gotten 5 stars on every level and I only have one extra crew members, maybe some of the things like the extra mri machines and stuff like that can cost coins?

i love this game! however, sometimes when i click the screen the game will just black out and i have to exit the app. i have to do this multiple times before it finally lets me play a level. i keep trying because i love this game!! keep up the good work :)
