No explanations

There aren’t any explanations for the menu for many of the options. It also doesn’t use the same account as the website.

App malfunction a lot but the food is great so I keep coming back

When the app works, it works great but lately it’s such a headache to use, otherwise I would order more often. I’ve had to reinstall the app at least four times already in order to reset it and be able to place orders. It’s important to me because the online account (via my PC) is not the same and purchases are not combined. Once I learned that I stopped ordering online, and only went back to online purchasing because the app kept failing. I lost out on a lot of credits because of that. Regardless of this I can say that customer service is prompt in responding to concerns and addresses them quickly and effectively. And of course the food is fantastic so a little bit of hassle is worth it ... sometimes. But not particularly at this moment. Because I am starving and craving some Ceviche.

Can’t even place order (no explanation)

The app gives a $5 coupon for your first order. When trying to checkout, it keeps giving an error stating “unable to verify basket.”

Okay, what does that mean?

UI is nice. Was pretty easy to setup my order. But overall not so good with the UX language. Has a lot of room for improvements. Not what I would go to to place food orders.
