I'm really enjoying this Mattel app for cataloging my Hot Wheels collection. The functionality for entering cars and managing my collection is solid and the interface is user-friendly.Key Suggestion: Add UPC ScanningTo make this app truly five-star and save users a significant amount of time, please add the ability to scan the UPC (barcode) on the packaging.Currently, manually searching for and entering each car can be time-consuming, especially for large collections or new purchases. Scanning the UPC would:Significantly speed up the data entry process.Improve accuracy by eliminating manual search errors.Make it much easier and quicker to add cars while still at the store or immediately after opening them.This feature is standard in many collector-focused apps and would be a huge quality-of-life improvement for Hot Wheels enthusiasts. Keep up the good work on the rest of the app!

One of my biggest complaints is the submission process. It would be helpful if the app told me whether my image and vehicle submissions were accepted or rejected. I’m not adding another image update or vehicle request until I know what is happening with the ones I already submitted.

Loving to see the mini-collections in detail and tracking my progress.

First off there is no iPad native app so you have to zoom in on the iPhone app. The first picture shown is the car when searching which makes to tough to match up which one you are looking for just due to how many times identical cars have been rereleased. This is especially true when it comes to Fast & The Furious. The first picture should really be in packaging so you don’t have to tap into every car and scroll through pictures to make the match. Some cars don’t show up if you search by the name on the card because they have changed the year to four digits and search seems to be strict. Adding a car to your collection doesn’t take it off the wanted list. There is no option to scan barcodes so you end up typing every name out making it extremely slow to build your collection.
