It’s fun

It’s the same as Hotel Madness game which I don’t understand , It’s fun because it’s one of the games that you don’t have to pay to play. You receive daily bonuses,gems, and coins to earn extra, you just have to watch a lot of ads to earn, & it’s really your option if you want to spend real money.

A lot of fun

I really am enjoying this game. Although upgrades eventually cost diamonds in addition to coins, you have ample ways to obtain diamonds for your upgrades. The only thing that is a con for me is that right now there is a tournament going on where you get hearts per customer in endless mode. I’m super competitive and have been getting hearts left and right but I am still at zero hearts somehow. The only thing I could think is that maybe I’m not in endless mode? If that’s the case, I also received no instruction about endless mode or how to get there. This is still a solid fun game though!

Purchases don't work

This could be a great game if the purchases worked like they were supposed to, but you purchase then don't receive then you have to email the developers and you are lucky if you get part of your purchase. I didn't receive all of the items in both my purchases. Also when you move to a different hotel you lose all of your money, it should carry over because it takes forever to upgrade stuff. Improve this game and I'll improve the rating!
