Athletic and strength building exercises are incorporated into Hottie Pilates workouts, which may include weighted bars, balls and hand weights. Unlike classic Pilates, our progressive functional movements have quick bursts of power and speed, which increase your heart rate for a great cardio workout.
This app includes a total of 6 workout videos that are great for beginner and intermediate fitness levels. Videos are available 24/7 and do NOT require a wireless or 3G network connection.

I have been working out all my life beginning with traditional workout systems - lifting weights and basic cardio to my present workout- the Hottie Pilates workout method.
I considered myself to be in very good shape and had an opportunity to experience Hottie Pilates. I had to give up my weights and everything else I was doing to really feel and to visibly see the effects of this method of training. This was very difficult for me, but I thought I would give it a "chance"..what did
I have to lose. I NEVER went back to weights!!! My entire body changed, my posture was transformed. I really saw a completely different body and I actually did not have to grind thru a workout. I enjoyed experiencing all the different moves. I was in "weight" shape, but not in deep core muscle shape. Hottie Pilates is not just a workout system, but goes further and deeper. It has a psychological magic that has an affect on each person. The videos are just a small representation of what the Hottie Pilates method of training is. The videos are just a great way to get started. The movements all look easy, but don't be deceived!!! It is not what you think. Hopefully the advanced APP will be out soon...and heard thru the grapevine that bigger and better things are about to come and that Hottie Pilates will be the next great workout method!!!
Excellent workout/ life saver
After being diagnosed with a stress fracture in my lower spine I was given the option for surgery. I declined said option and decided to take another route. And that route was pilates. Keeping my core strong is the only way I can function in this world without tremendous amounts of pain. I began pilates at the Hottie Pilates studio about one week after my doctors appt. in which I was given the diagnosis. I try to make it in as often as possible, but with a busy work schedule it's hard. These workouts on this app are great for the days I just can't make it in. Janice is an incredible instructor and has done a great job of putting these workouts together, making them easy to follow. That doctors appt. was 4 years ago. I haven't had to go back since, and as long as I've got Hottie Pilates and this app...I don't plan on it.
Best Pilates Ever!
Seriously, I have tried it all, and nothing comes close to the effectiveness of these workouts. There's enough variety so that you never get bored, and you never stop moving. No time is wasted on lengthy explanation and Janice is great with form, posture and breathing reminders throughout the workouts. We are currently living overseas, so this iPhone app is the topping on the cake to her online video workouts. I can workout where ever and when ever I want. Best of all the length of the workouts is so flexible, I can always fit it into my schedule. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, young or fabulously not, your perfect workout is here. I LOVE Hottie Pilates!
