Love the buds, problem with the app
I absolutely love the Redemption ANC 2 earbuds. I’ll write a separate review about them. My problem is with the app. After connecting to the earbuds and clicking on a few different settings the app crashes. Fortunately I can change one or two settings before it crashes, but it’s not a great experience. I hope an update is on the way!
Pull it together what did this company sell out
App just crashes I have almost the entire line of house of Marley earbuds but the app just crashes and doesn’t allow you to do anything this is a catastrophe for a company who’s products (for the most part with the strange exception of the no bounds xl) provides a excellent value for dolllar having a high end quality sound for a reasonable price shame really to see them fail so greatly hopefully they can pull their act together here I’ll watch patiently I won’t hold my breath tho and I will see

I love having the ability to adjust the EQ settings on my earbuds! The app is easy to navigate and gives me all of the features I need.
