You will push out your baby like a pro!

I just gave birth to my second baby after using this app both times and let me tell you, if you prepare in only one way before giving birth it should be getting this app. In 2018 I pushed my daughter out so fast the doctors weren’t even in the room to catch her! She was 8lbs 11oz and my first birth so everyone thought it would take hours. 1hr15min of pushing and she was here. Last week I gave birth to my son who was 10lb6oz after FIFTEEN MINUTES of pushing. The hospital staff was literally flabbergasted. I am completely out of shape and honestly in no other way prepped for the very physical experience of labor. This app is INCREDIBLY helpful, the bite size videos make it so you can literally watch during transitional labor (like I did). I am forever grateful to this app as my biggest labor fear was c-section due to exhaustion (both were two day inductions). I can’t say enough great things. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Putting it all together

This app is wonderful! I have been fortunate enough to take Oh Baby Fitness classes since week 8 of my pregnancy and this app really solidifies everything that we work on in class! The videos are clear and concise and are an excellent place to start learning about coordinating pushing! Also the techniques and muscle isolations help so much with other aspects of pregnancy that you experience all along. Kagels, the ab work to keep your back in good alignment, the breath really brings it all together!

Very nice!

As a personal training working towards my certification with Oh Baby! Fitness, I have found this app to be of great and invaluable help to solidify my understanding of the whole pregnancy process as a true athletic event, as well as cement my knowledge in the matter.
The app is easy to navigate, with a smooth and straight forward interface, the information comes in a friendly and easy way to understand, and Kathleen does an awesome job as she guides you through.
