The app will guide you through the additional visual inspection or connect you directly with HPE’s authentication experts. Appears that the scanner is broken
The scan barcode button doesn’t show up, but you can still type the part number and get results. Why not just use a website instead of an app? Seems a bit excessive.
Doesn’t Work at all
I have tried multiple HPE parts and scanned every single barcode sticker on the parts and the app never does anything.

Useless. Does not scan.
