Non-functional nonsense app
Sure. I applaud you for improving the UI but in response, the app is glitchy and the payment tab (arguably the most important feature) does not work at all.

So much better than having to get to a computer to get the info I need. Log-in process was easy. Grateful to have my insurance activity and ID card in my phone.

Does not work
Exactly why would a health plan organization put an app online that does not work?????? Errors out every time. Error is that it can not determine what app to open??? It’s the frigging app…. DUH. There has to be someone who has started a criminal investigation into this issue. I’m up for joining any class action lawsuit. These developers need to be sued out of existence. They must be held accountable.
